The Wanderers recently had three players take part in the Football Queensland Academy State Championships in Moreton Bay. Lucas von Plessen, Matthew Husted, and Codey Huston represented the under-14 Metro teams, with all three of them taking part in the final.
The FQ Academy State Championships provide a clear snapshot of the player pathway in action and the future that lies ahead for Queensland’s top young talent.
