As part of our strategic development plan, the Sunshine Coast Wanderers is building a clearly defined club DNA and a progressive football pathway focused on developing players with the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological qualities required to progress into professional football.

With the club working towards becoming a professional football entity (especially with the state-of-the-art Honey Farm training facility being scheduled for completion in 2027), this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of football on the Sunshine Coast.
