Miniroos

Miniroos is designed to introduce the next generation to the beautiful game of football. Wanderers fields teams for girls and boys aged from six to eleven, where they will have the opportunity to learn new skills, be active and make life-long friendships. Field and team sizes change throughout the age groups, with players in the under 10 and 11 age groups being split into two groups depending on skill level. This will help each player’s transition into junior competitive football to be as smooth and encouraging as possible.

Wanderers Miniroo teams play against other clubs from the Buderim area and the immediate surrounds. Throughout the year, carnivals are held for Miniroos teams where they get the chance to play against other teams from across the Sunshine Coast region.
